Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We utilize premium logistics partners to ensure your items are handled with the care they deserve.

Shipping Parameters:

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, an automated email will be sent containing your real-time tracking number.
  • Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. Craft911 cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an error is noticed, contact us immediately at sales@craft911.store before the dispatch process begins.
  • International Shipments: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or arrives with structural damage, please document the condition of the package and reach out to us at sales@craft911.store within 7 days of the delivery timestamp. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
