Return & Refund Policy

We strive for total satisfaction. If your Craft911 experience does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined protocol for returns and refunds, ensuring your investment in your garden is protected.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your items must be in their original, unused, and pristine condition, inclusive of all original packaging and accessories. We accept return requests initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The Return Process:
- Initiate your request by emailing sales@craft911.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific instructions for return shipment.
- Pack the items securely to prevent transit damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges: Upon arrival at our facility, your item will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to incorrect product selection, please indicate your preference in your email to our sales team.
