Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At Craft911, quality is the cornerstone of our brand. We engineer our tools to last, which is why we provide a 12-Month Structural Integrity Warranty on all our premium tools, including pruning shears, hose systems, and plant supports.
Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing that compromise the tool’s performance under normal, intended use. If a structural failure occurs due to a production flaw, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Exclusions: This warranty does not extend to:
- Wear and Tear: Normal degradation of blades, grips, or surface coatings through regular use.
- Misuse: Damage resulting from excessive force, using tools for purposes other than gardening, or exposure to harsh chemicals not intended for botanical use.
- Neglect: Failure to perform basic maintenance such as cleaning sap, drying blades, or applying protective oils.
Claim Procedure: To initiate a warranty claim, please email contact@craft911.store with:
- Your full name and order number.
- A detailed description of the defect.
- High-quality photographs demonstrating the issue.
Our support concierge will review your claim and provide a resolution strategy. Craft911 reserves the right to request the return of the defective product for analysis.
